After the launch of 125 Sathorn, a luxury condominium project located in a prime area of Sathorn valued at over 8 billion baht on a plot of more than 3 rai, with a frontage of over 97 meters along Sathorn Road, just 500 meters from the BTS Chong Nonsi station, in June 2022, the project has received a positive response from Thai customers with high purchasing power (High-Net-Worth Individuals: HNWI), achieving nearly 50% of the projected sales target.
